Durch die optimale Aufteilung des „Mallorca Apartment” eignet es sich besonders für Gruppen oder Familien. Alle vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über Kleiderschränke, im größten Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett, im zweiten Schlafzimmer zwei Einzelbetten, dann gibt es ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit einem Einzelbett und ein letztes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett. Außerdem gibt es zwei voll ausgestattete Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, ein Wohn- und Speisezimmer mit amerikanischer Küche und eine einladende Terrasse.
Das Appartment befindet sich in einem vollständig renovierten Gebäude mit Aufzug im Herzen von Eixample, eines der bedeutendsten Viertel Barcelonas. Dieser Stadtteil entstand 1860 nach dem Abriss der mittelalterlichen Stadtmauern. Heute ist es ein Geschäfts- und Wohnviertel, das durch verschiedene Bus- und Metrolinien über eine gute Anbindung ins Zentrum, zur Sagrada Familia oder sogar zum Camp Nou verfügt.

Fabulous apartment. Clean and quiet with an enormous terrace which you don’t expect at the 1st level.. There is a supermarket right across the road. All bedroom windows open onto light well. .2 things would improve it- a fulll length mirror and mirrors in bedrooms and maybe a hanging rail in the bedrooms so you can dry off towels.
Air conditioner in my room had a very bad smell & indeed up & was not able to use it. I called to report the problem & was told that a tech would check it, but we were never informed on the progress & therefore went without it for the remainder of our stay. Also, we were given one large towel & a hand towel for the week, which was unsanitary.
Great location, friendly and helpful check in and ideal accommodation for 6 people. A few things could be improved, shelves and toilet roll holders need reattaching to the wall but other than that it was a perfectly lovely place to stay.
The room we ended up with was not what we booked. The apartment was a big hallway with small hospital-decorated rooms with small beds. The overall setup wasn't overly comfortable, especially for the price. The location was great and it was very clean. The reception was good. Overall, a decent experience. I felt like I paid for more though. I didn't feel I got value for money.
Appartement conforme aux photos. Nous étions 2 copines en virée, chacune sa salle d’eau et sa chambre, très pratique. Appartement très sombre (les fenêtres donnent sur des cours intérieures couvertes, sauf la porte fenêtre du bout, qui donne sur la terrasse). Logement probablement frais l’été. Immeuble très sonore, on entend les voisins marcher.
A very clean and well equipped apartment with comfy beds and an outside terrace made our few days in Barcelona most pleasant . The location is great , with only a short walk to Las Ramblas and the superb shopping centre of Barcelona. With the Metro station nearby it made visiting all the various sites around this beautiful city very easy. An excellent supermarket is right across the road,from the apartment , and is super clean and well stocked with a fantastic fresh produce market situated right above it. We were more than happy with our choice and would definitely use this company again. Would thoroughly recommend.
Il manquait de la vaisselle pour 6, c'était un peu juste... Manque de casseroles, saladiers...

El apartamento estaba correcto,lo unico la salida a las 11 creo que por lo menos tendria que ser a las 12 y los 20 euros por haber llegado mas tarde de las 8.

Un accueil très sympa. Appartement confortable mais avec quelques désagréments au niveau des équipements (vaisselle un peu juste si la location est faite par un famille nombreuse, grille pain défectueux, fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain). Sinon, bon emplacement. Idéal pour visiter barçelone.

Tutto ok, la carta igienica nn bastava x sette persone e in effetti 50 euro per la pulizia non è tantissimo, ma quando siamo arrivati il locale non era pulito!
Unfortunately we were led to believe we could be given access at 3pm but the lady did not arrive until 3.50pm while we were on the pavement outside with a meeting to attend with local Scouts so we were nearly one hour late. Otherwise I recommend the apartment

Zimmerfenster in den lauten hausflur durch die keine frische luft kam, mobiliar sehr abgewohnt, toaster defekt....nochmal würde ich diese wohnung nicht buchen
Las duchas demasiado pequeñas. Habia algún que otro desperfecto como el pomo de la puerta que estaba flojo, el tenderete y algunono que otro mas. Por lo demás el apartamento esta excelente. Es amplio buena ubicación y limpio.
Very nice apartment, 2 bedrooms need repainting and couch needs replacing but otherwise very comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday.
Great location, as not in tourist area, with nice restaurants and bars, and 10 minute walk to nearest Metro.
The check-in man was 1-hour late because we arrived 2 minutes too late for him ! Except that, it was ok.

Die Schafzimmer waren sehr ungewöhnlich, die ganze Wohnung roch intensiv nach Farbe.
Wir haben uns während unseres Barcelonaaufenthaltes hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut für eine Gruppe bzw. mehrere Personen geeignet. Die Wohngegend ist sehr einladend.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, although the bedrooms were a bit small. The only problem was the smell of drains in one of the bedrooms. Well managed. I would use class bedroom again.
